Changing Your Password

You can change your mailbox password at any time from within webmail — no administrator needed.

Change Your Password

  1. Log in to webmail
    Sign in at https://webmail.yourdomain.com with your current password.
  2. Open Settings
    Click the Settings (gear) icon, then choose Password.
  3. Enter your passwords
    Type your current password, then your new password, and confirm it.
  4. Save
    Click Save. Your new password takes effect immediately.

Update your other devices

This is the single password for your whole mailbox. After changing it, update the password in every email app and device (phone, desktop client, etc.) or they will stop sending and receiving until you do.

Choosing a Strong Password

  • Use a long, unique password that you do not use anywhere else.
  • A passphrase of several random words is both strong and memorable.
  • Consider storing it in a password manager.
